What do you think of this Quote below?

We have heard Paeans on the Power of Execution and how sharp Execution makes all the difference between success and failure. And yet so many many opportunities, ideas, strategies can fail miserably when there is poor discipline for Execution. We speak of Best practices and I in fact also lead a Knowledge Forum (the Learning and OD Roundtable), where there is a huge attraction for learn from the Best. Even in our High Performance Consulting at Capstone, we find Best Practices from ‘those who got it right’ is a huge driver for Learning.

And yet as you will agree, feeling inspired by ideas and actually executing them can suffer from the potted plant syndrome where the rest of the soil, ecosystem and temperatures may not allow Best Practices to succeed even within the same industry!! In our experience in our High Performance Culture work we work to improve many of these common challenges organizations struggle with-

Silo working, weak Communication, lack the will to evaluate new ideas in perspective, see a new idea as more work, fail to inspire teams by clarifying execution rhythm, and worst of all not have the discipline to integrate and sustain a new idea through Execution.

Execution – the rigor, the rhythm, the speed, the persistence is undoubtedly your key differentiator in disruptive times.

The Number one skill to be valued within organizations in the 21st century!
