We have heard Paeans on the Power of Execution and how sharp Execution makes all the difference between success and failure. And yet so many many opportunities, ideas, strategies can fail miserably when there is poor discipline for Execution. We speak of Best practices and I in fact also lead a Knowledge Forum (the Learning and OD Roundtable), where there is a huge attraction for learn from the Best.
