The Love in your heart was not meant there to stay, cause Love isn’t Love till you give it away..

So many of us feel a certain way about people and things and hesitate to ever express them. Especially Praise or Love I find a great reluctance to share, especially with those at work or those we know formally, and often those closest to us…

Similarly conversations of Hurt, Pain, especially discordant information is so rarely shared. This is the reason we have so many misgivings and misunderstandings that can remain unresolved because we didn’t take the pain to clarify.

Feedback both personally and professionally is so powerful for reducing blind spots and creating meaningful relationships of Trust. Yet most of us don’t share this, preferring to presume, save face, have suboptimal relationships, instead if only we had the courage and generosity to give it away…
