We often have a self righteous orientation to what is Right and what is Wrong, and especially in our Corporate lives we can become self righteous and take a moral high ground, often without understanding the situation completely. Especially for those who have power entrusted, can find these as opportunities to make examples, become punitive, drive fear and become unreasonable at times to show themselves as people who react to what they believe is Wrong..

This Precept comes from the wisdom of my years and so many varied experiences to urge others to reconsider Right and Wrong by using Kind as a valuable third option of Wisdom, Understanding and Listening to see things in perspective..
