These last 3 months have been the most interesting on the wide variety of our assignments at Capstone- from helping a prominent Healthcare Chain define an Excellence model for Change and High Performance, to immersive Leadership capability building for the top leadership of a Leading Bank, to Leadership lessons from Jazz music for an E-commerce Major, and more, we also delivered a two credits course on Diversity and Inclusion for students of the premier batch of the BITs School of Management. This is part of BIT SOM’s building cutting edge perspectives for winning at the workplace for Future Leaders – way to go!!
