While Fixed and Growth mindset is a spectrum and people can demonstrate both in different situations, a fallacious assumption is that people from the older generations, in leadership roles are more likely to demonstrate Fixed Mindset behaviours. Infact this can be true across age groups. Several young professionals struggle with Fixed Mindsets that can come in the way of learning, receiving and acting on feedback and manifesting their potential.
