Socio-cognitive Diversity has so many opportunities to break Group think, exaggerated Domain experience and also busting Silos thinking and working.

Infact the whole Talent Acquisition space is full of opportunities to redefine the success of the organization, build Culture as a key differentiator and build Generative thinking as a key strength in disruptive markets.

Here in Part 3 of Talking Points with Capstone of Episode 1 Sanjana Shah, Start-up Entrepreneur and I discuss some of the realities of Working from Home and Office that have influenced choices, strong emergence of the gig economy and the need to re-evaluate the various Employment options an Employer has, and how well these could be executed to retain Ownership and Engagement for performance.
