Amazing experience teaching OKRs (Objective Key Results) to students of IIM Ranchi, instead of what we normally do for Top Leadership teams adopting OKRs, at our Clients at Capstone!
Super interest in learning current practises in the new-age workplace, interest in going prepared to the workplace with the knowledge of how OKRs enable Business and Goal alignment- bring focus, growth engagement and change. Great group of people with high intellectual curiosity to learn, grasp and apply. Good fun with the Quiz and particularly enjoyed the students using OKRs to accomplish Personal Goals!
